Molweni guys I came to warn you about sending things ngo Pep or choosing pep as a courier when you order something from someone! Okay I ordered something and it was sent ngo pep got sms saying my parcel has been sent and my parcel has arrived and that I should go collect it okay im super happy my parcel is finally here i go to Pep store to collect I get there ask for the parcel the cashier said they received the parcel opened (As I questioned them why it was rapped with a solo tape) urgg doesn't make sense when I look at the parcel I see that it was really opened and closed again with a tape tjo strange and bare in mind it was my first time receiving something with pep.I take the parcel and its literally empty there is no phone inside. But how does pep receive an open parcel i open it i see that there was a box inside but was taken out there was only a phone cover and screen protector inside!! Meaning pep's courier opened my parcel took the phone that was inside and closed it with a tape!🥺 I call the head office to claim a ****** parcel bari they will be able to send me R500 what a joke that time the parcel was worth 5K! Pep store hai shame 💔💔 pls don't send your stuff ngo pep or receive ngo pep rather use Courier guy (door to door) that happen in June and it's September now still no way forward please help
