****** GOODS/NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

On 27th February I send a parcel from Hartbee****rt to Despatch in the Eastern Cape. I can mention I am sending and receiving parcels from Despatch regularly. There were 2 boxes in the bag. A bigger box and a smaller box. The parcel arrived in Despatch with one box only. The parcel was opened, the small box ****** and closed with staples. I phoned customer care 3 times already, I spoke to PAXI on Facebook 3 times already and I wrote 3 emails to customer care also. Still no word about the ****** goods. I have only one thing to say. You have lost a very loyal customer. Think before you use PAXI. No customer service at all!!!!!
