****** goods (cellphone)

Pep and Paxi stole my an item inside my package, I have been calling and was told they looking into it after a long two weeks I was told they can't find my Item (cellphone) and they will pay out R500 for and an item that cost R5000. On the TC they nothing that says no cellc phones and if it was not allowed they should of returned my package back to me.
