STILL NO REFUND FROM PAXI AFTER 2 MONTHS

I lost my 2 large parcels from the lootings in July at Kaalfontein. I have since been trying to get assistance or feedback with my refund however all I get is a response of I need to be patient or my refund will be paid out tomorrow but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING happens thereafter. I have even been directed to get assistance from their chat platform but I have never dealt with such an *********** bunch of people (trust me I have worked in an online chat service, where u hve to be able to assist about 4 chats at a time and making sure tht your response time is key). Paxi has yet 2 pay my money and I was told by Vuyelwa a chat that she would escalate my query as it has been a long time and my money shud have been paid out already. Nathan told me that my refund would be paid out as well and that was last week but still NOTHING. No one from management has even tried to contact me as I was told to have my phone close to me (like an idiot) as someone wud call me. The regret I have for sending my parcels through PAXI. I HATE THIS COMPANY SO MUCH ???

CAN I BE REFUNDED!!!!!!!! I NEED MY MONEY BACK ASAP
