Stay away from Paxi!! Skynet east london poor service!!!

I've dropped the parcel on the 10 September 2019 at Pep King Williams Town Taylor Street(P8406), on the 11 September 2019 it was collected by courier from Pep KWT Taylor Street( P8406). On the 12 September 2019 the parcel arrived at skynet east london hub, on the system it's shows that it's on transit till this day, it's suppose to be delivered to Idutywa pep store. I've been calling PAXI call centre without any assistance so far. I've tried to call skynet east london hub to no avail. I really don't know what to do now it's almost a month. The items in that parcel are for the client, this is bad for my business.
