Snail service

My parcel was posted on the 1st September, it was only collected this morning at 8h30 and I checked now and it was dropped off at PLK Johannesburg Hub now at 11:30. I mean the parcel is dispatched from Randburg to Olieven Plaza which is 25 minutes away so it confuses me why it has to pass by Rosebank 1st. I honestly regret using your service, I was really hoping my parcel wiold reach me in a day or two as I need to leave tomorrow afternoon. The service is disgusting
