Slow delivery but always reaches customers!

I have a small business and I use multiple different courier companies. Paxi is rather slow, up to 9 working days but my parcels always reach my customers and I’m happy with Paxi as a service. During the Durban floods, my parcel was lost. I recieved a call from Paxi stating they would issue me a refund, and I recieved it within a week. I would recommend Paxi.
