Sleepy agents

I'm highly disappointed with the service I have been given, I sent a parcel 10 working days ago, Same day I changed the delivery address, on day 5 the parcel was in nelspruit ( the same destination I had requested it not go to) called the call centre and the agent told me that even when a parcel is going to Pretoria it will go through to Nelspruit as thats the Paxi hub. MY PARCEL IS ****** STUCK AT NELSPRUIT FOR THE PASSED 5 FREAKEN DAYS *** !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! after I changed the address the same day.....called and spoke to Pamela she assured me that the parcel will be delivered by Tuesday and she'll call me Monday morning... did *********** Pamela call? NO... spoke to the most sleepy consultant who isn't sure of PAXI's processes and turnaround time with no sense of urgency what the hell is going on with parcel!!!!!!!!!!!!!
