Since I courier parcel 19 Agust 2023 till now client never received it

Please help me , I courier parcel from Kurumane Pep store to Alex Mall Pep store on the 19 August 2023 , I selected 3_ 5 days delivery where I've paid R100, estimation of parcel where suppose to arrive by 25 August 2023

Till today my client didnt receive the parcel , and she canceled the order since she where supposed to used it for function on the 31st August , so she is no longer interested

And now I want Paxi to pay my expenses of R3500 cause till today they don't know where is the parcel , and even if they get them there is nothing I can do with them cause the function has passed already .

I've been trying to communicate with them Since 25 August till today they just ignore me. I believe you will skirt out this issue for me please.
