Service not recommended

Paxi service has been utterly poor, promise seven days, it is now on day eleven and no parcel yet, my parcel was dropped off in Delmas on the 11th, no communication from Paxi at all, I wrote them a mail last night, still nothing today, I will not recommend paxi to anyone, even tracking on the website has been a disappointment, get your act together guys or you will not make it.
