Service is so pathetic

D***, it has been 3 weeks sending my parcel from Bethlehem to Midrand, the parcel was ****** in Pep Mall of Africa and Pep Staff by the name of Patricia Mudau received my parcel, and it disappeared. I called pexi and spoke to Nyameka, Pamela, Zanele, Asanda, Phelellwa, Asiphe almost every day and I spent more than R300 on these calls. I was sending my kids clothes as it is now winter, clothes cost is R2000 and I was told that I will only receive R500 while someone from Pep Mall of Africa is enjoying brand new clothes with tags. No one advised me about Pexi insurance. Now I have to wait another 7 days after I submitted my ID and Proof of my bank and my child doesn't have her clothes. Lets see how this will unfold as I want to pursue this further as a theft case. Service is so pathetic. Lisema SK Keele ***
