Service and Customer Service

I am not even sure that a 1 star is merited! Shocking service - my parcel has been floating since the 21-05-2025 and no one knows where it is. The call agent I spoke to did not even know where Richards Bay was, he asked if it was in the Western Cape, I was horrified.This might be a cheap courier service , but please be aware of the dreadful customer service!!!!!
