**** SERVICE

On Friday a TM called me and promised to call me back until today I have not received a call back. Sibonelisiwes TM. I'm beyond disgusted with the service , our package is still on the road, the ladies we sponsored went to the Matric dance with cloths that we had to re-buy, we had to catch a flight and public transport for this package. We were told that the package was re-routed only to find out it was sent PEP GRT and now they send sent us an sms that the package will be delivered to PEP Eldorado. Of which is another 5 days after it was supposed to be delivered.

I want higher management to call me ASAP, not a useless TM or advisor. It is really disturbing that the advisors and TMS DO NOT KNOW THE MANAGER !!!! WHAT THE **** ????? How is this possible.
