**** Service
Absolutely disgusting. I had a parcel sent up from Cape Town and insured, with Christmas gifts that was delivered to PEP Greenstone on 28th of December. The parcel was damaged and missing 6 items, PEP said they received it damaged, PAXI insisted it was delivered intact. Been on phone calls and email chains trying to find answers, kept getting told they were waiting for a response from the courier company, over the course of 15 days, no response from the courier service, then got told they could not locate the items and they will issue a refund of the missing items. Still back and forth on emails and phone calls because no one was assisting or letting us know when the refund will be paid. They kept closing our tickets without any response. Then we received an email, a month and 3 days after the incident, saying the item was only worth R60 as per a conversation, which was untrue, each item was worth R60 and there were 6 items in total, totalling R360. When phoning back in on the 31 January, to find out what bull**** they are saying now, get told "oh no, that's what was said and no emails have come through stating otherwise and blah blah blah" bull****. Then asked for a manager, or supervisor, and apparently they in a meeting on a Friday afternoon at 15:52 and no one is available to assist. Do not recommend PAXI or PEP at all.
