**** and unprofessional

PAXI has had our parcels sitting in PEP stores for more than 10 days with no communication for when exactly our parcels would be sent out. The whatsapp agents are rude, the Facebook team is patronizing and deleted a comment I made on their page, their ultimate excuse is "the unrest in the country" and yet their service was already absolutely appalling even before the looting. And they refuse to give refunds even when they haven't met their end of the bargain - like ****** and ****s. WE'RE NOT PAYING FOR THE PAXI PLASTIC, WE PAY YOU TO SEND OUR PARCELS.

I'm never using PAXI again. There's plenty other great courier services to use that won't give you a headache.
