They say they are "A convenient way to get your parcels across South Africa"...That is a complete misrepresentation of the truth. Save yourself the trouble and use a reputable and reliable courier company. My parcel was scheduled to arrive on the 3rd of December today is the 10th of December and I have no idea of it's where abouts. The whatsapp and call centre agents are of zero help. Even the tracking website's last update was on the 7th which was the same status as on 3rd that was Out for Delivery from Boksburg to a location only a 100kms away.
