RUDE!!!

Firstly, I don't get why I must waste a star on these clowns! Who is this VERY rude, clueless DUDU by the way. If she owned thisbusi3, she'd treat her customers a whole lot better. She closed my ticket and claimed that it was due to non response when she clearly CHOSE to ignore my response. DUDU, you are a disgrace to customer orientation and Paxi can do better than pulling idiots off the streets to take care of their business!!!
