Rude Cashier

went to Makhado PEP HOME to collect. The lady by the name of Confidence was so mean towards me. I went with an SMS which numbers were over with one digit. She refused to help me. She ordered me to return. I then requested to talk to the manager. The manager tried by all means possible to assist me. She then request me to contact the sender to share his SMS. Within few seconds I was assisted by the manager. Imagine if I agreed to return home. I was angry and disappointed by the service I received after waiting so long. I will never use PAXI.
