Rude agent and parcel lost

i sent paxi parcel on the 7th and still now not arrived. i whatsapp paxi on their number for assistance and spoke to consultant named Yolanda. She did not give me any solution and just closed my ticket just like that. My parcel is ****** from market street pep courier guys did not receive and now everything must be ok. Please get back to me as soon as possible and also educate Yolanda on how to deal with customers. Im so ****ed
