Roodepoort

I send a package on 5 May 2025 - the estimated delivery date was the 16th of May. Today on 21 May 2025 and my parcel is still not delivered. I followed up for the last 4 days on the WhatsApp channel as the response on phoning is just as bad. Every day I'm promised that my parcel is on its way to the store...but all lies. They use the very same excuse the entire time. And then they want you to rate them.....I asked if my parcel is missing and the response was no - there is a delay only....which I do not believe. I'm so frustrated at this point, as the parcel is quite valuable, and now I'm going to be at a lost in the end. Worst service ever...no let me rephrase...NO SERVICE AT ALL.
