Ridiculous Delivery excuses

What a terrible service indeed. Package was suppose to be here on the 13th already.... We are currently sitting on 18th Day days delay.

I have been querying and all I am being told is they have a delay. This is outrageous we pay for packages to be delivered within a certain time frame and not excuses after excuses as to why it is not being delivered on time
