Return of items via PAXI by no choice of mine & bag size not suitable

One star is too much🤦♀️ I try to return items to SHEIN, but can only do it via PAXI at certain stores. Unfortunately, these store keep only a small bag, about 40cms snd nit the larger bag, about 10kg as per their website. I try to tell them to send bigger ones to these stores as you hardly can get a jacket in the smaller bag. That happens now to me and they returned the bag as it was teared. No customer service from their call number or whatsapp number. They just don’t get my problem. Please PAXI, do something! Why can’t I use a box where the items are more secured and you just stick your codes etc on my bag with tape? That is the why I received the items anyway. Why a plastic bag which is too small. Adapt your policies according to demand.
