Rerouted parcel which has been on the road for ever this is 4 weeks and 1 day

Hi PAXI team, Hope everyone is doing well. I am writing this review regarding service which I have received from u guys and I'm not happy at all with what u are giving to me as it stands I'm still waiting for my parcel D*** which u guys are saying it is been rerouted to be delivered to the store no sms nothing. The parcel was posted on the 8th of April in a pep store hoping it will get to the destination safely now it been rerouted cause it was send to wrong destination. For how long I'm I going to wait for u guys to give or do the right thing.

Is this how u guys work giving ur clients poor service I am not happy with PAXI team even the managers cause I don't know how u guys deal with ur queries.

Can I get an update regarding my parcel day of delivery cause it's been way too long and it is starting to get on m nerves now
