rerouted packages take 7-9 business days

I received an sms on 15 Jul 2025 that my study material was rerouted. it's been 10 business days and every time I follow up on where the package I keep reading/hearing that the issue is being escalated. This is beyond pathetic. Is someone working at paxi?
