During the floods a parcel was lost (was supposed to be delivered in Durban)Reference number: D***, we were requested to ID Copy and bank details for a refund,

We have been in communication with Nonhlanhla Mdlolo from abacus-insurance, after sending all the required docs. 3 months after sending docs we have not heard from them, emails not rep**** whenever we make follow up as well.
