Real *** service and lies from the call centre

I send a parcel educational videos to Jan Kempdorp on 6 August 2024. The parcel never arrived or it is stole. After the pastor and myself have contacted i still have all the mail etc they say I will be refunded . I phoned the tollfree number. Whoever Paxi used there are ****** liers. I got the ladys name. Make promises that I will be refunded within 48hrs. Just so that you could give them a 1 rating for good service. I ask for a e mail se promised but was never received it. Real *** service from all of them. Rudie ***
