****py PAXI

I bought something from a person in Smithfield, Freestate. Seller posted it at PEP on 14 November, picked up at Smithfield op 19 Nov. I started phoning PAXI on 24 Nov while package was still in Bloemfontein. Called again and on 26 Nov it was send to Durban. Why????? I stay in Alberton, Gauteng. Worst *********** service from any courier I have ever used.
