Poor treatment

They sent my parcel in a wrong province, it's been 3 weeks now my parcel have not reached me. Their customer service line is very bad, it's like they are doing us a favour while we pay for the service. D*** has been lost and no one accounts to this. I need my parcel as ASAP.
