Poor services by PAXI

PAXI is a ****, I sent my parcel using 3 to 5 working days; I was surprised to see a very far prediction day of arrival (More than 7-9 working days). I did my follow up to PAXI and they did not assist, they said there is nothing they can do and if I cancel the delivery I will forfeit my money. Their service is very bad! I am not happy at all.
