Poor Services

Its been over three weeks going back and fourth with Paxi and I still have not had any response to the matter at hand. I have called in a number of times and have been told that this email has not been sent out to the courier said and are still awaiting feedback for the past four calls made by me to Paxi. No manager or teamleader is around to assist with this mattaer and the agents cant even provide me with the courier email address. Today one of your agents had said they will give me a call and inform me of the feedback but none of that happened.
