Poor services

I have sent a package via PAXI @PEP on 30th August 2022 and received a notification that package has been picked up by our courier and is on route to P6231 PEP GIYANI MASINGITA MALL on the31st August 2022. The expected delivery date was the 6th September 2022 and has not been delivered. Want to PEP check they said they can't help us we should call PAXI because they are middlemen. We have trying to call PAXI but with no luck.
