Poor Service, poor customer care, Delay

Paxi SA Worst experience EVER, Sent the parcel 2 April paid R139 for 3 to 5days courier, Parcel hasn't reached the destination till to date was told that it's with the driver now not sure to where meaning it's gonna be more than 20 days for it to be dropped almost a month, No sense of urgency at all THEY DON'T DELIVER AS PROMISED OR EXPECTED, NO VALUE FOR MONEY AT ALL, I REGRET USING PAXI TO SEND MY PARCEL, CONSULTANTS are so unprofessional and seems like they don't know why are they there as consulted poor communication skills and no sympathy at all. What a night mare I've thinking of the parcel the whole month should have just taken it to the destination myself if Im to go there and the parcel will still be nowhere to be found.
