POOR SERVICE OF PEP PAXI COURIER SERVICE

tjoooooooooooooooo I am so so so so damn disappointed with PAXI courier services (PEP) this service must be closed otherwise we will die of depression because of it, how can a parcel take 25 days instead of 3 days.

Worst part I have been calling their customer center and they kept on promising me that the parcel will be dispatched they will contact the store.
