Poor service from paxi pep

Paxi Pep is the worst courier service I dealt with, i sent through a parcel around the 26th February , when the person I sent went to collect she was told it's an incorrect parcel , ever since ive been struggling and everytime I have to explain my story, because no one bothers to give me a reference. Everytime I call in I am being told that an email has been sent to the couriers and they are waiting for a feedback, surprisingly a few days ago I called (as always because no one communicates with me) the Consultant told me she will log a case (of which I was told it was logged a long time ago) and their consultants are very rude. Am disgusted with their service and unfortunately I ran out of options on what to do and the only thing I have is a parcel number as I was never given any reference number. ********** 931 is my number if anyone can possibly reach out to help.
