Poor service from Paxi

I am extremely disappointed in the PEP Paxi service. I've been a regular customer and never have I had such bad service. I sent off four orders at Pephome Vangate Mall on the 12th of February and still my parcels were not collected by the courier I am extremely disappointed in the service. My customers are so angry that they did not get their parcels and no one is helping me. I called your contact center for a manager and spoke to Zinhle who was very rude and did not want to get a manager to assist me is this the type of service you give your customers? I will definitely consider Pargo moving forward.
