Poor service from Paxi

On the 9th of June 2025, I did go to pep home in Pretoria central to send my parcel. Firstly the lady who helped me sending the parcel didn't explain properly to me how to use the paxi plastic as she just told me to put my parcel inside the plastic without showing me how to do it, and unfortunately I peeled off the lining that closes the plastic before putting in my parcel and that resulted to the plastic not closing properly. I had to buy another paxi plastic which means I did spend R218 for a 7-14 days parcel delivery. As I am waiting for my parcel to be delivered at the destination(Rustenburg), I waited for a pin that can confirm my parcel arrival and collection, up until I decided to trace my parcel and only to be told, that my parcel wasn't picked up from the store. I didn't expect this from paxi or either pep home, this is annoying as I don't even know what to do now.
