POOR SERVICE FROM PAXI

3 Parcels were send from the same person on the same day at the same time from 10 June 2020 only 2 parcels made it to its destination Lambertsbay if you call Paxi @ PEP they just say the parcel in question is in the warehouse D*** is missing in action from the date of arrival 17 June 2020 countless phone calls have been made but Paxi @ PEP is playing a cloak and dagger game!!!! Who do I speak to will I ever receive my goods???
