Poor service from

I used PEPhome paxi Elardus park, service to deliver a parcel on 17 Nov. After numerous calls to them, today 21 Nov they told me : Oh sorry they parcel was still in the package room. They will only send it now and we can expect it next week. This is extremely poor service from them. Please stay away from their courier service.
