Poor service

My parcel was delivered after 19 days yet their policy says 7-9 days. Had to write several emails tracking my parcel since no one was communicating with me however big up to Lihle from the call center for trying her best, she called me even after the parcel was delivered to ensure that indeed I have received the parcel.
