Poor service

I had very bad experience with PEXI , I have sent the Parcel from Johannesburg to Ladysmith on the 30th May. I was told the is no overnight and 3 to 5 days parcel bags. I took 5 to 9 days. On the 3 June I called and cancelled the route wanting to bring it back since I was going to be late. I haven't received my parcel till today on my 08 June.
