Poor service

What a poor service I received from PAXI I sent a parcel on the 21 June and paid for 3 to 5 working days. The fifth day passed and I called I tried the WhatsApp service which is useless kept on saying the agent is not available. I decided to call on Thursday morning the advised me that they will send an email to the hub and they will call me during the day which never happened. I call them again Friday morning they told me the email they sent there is no reply so they will send another one again they said they will call me during the day to give me the process and they never called. I called them again around 3 o'clock during the day and I was told the hub manager went home so they can only resolve this matter on Monday and they will call me on Monday which never happened. Now it's Tuesday I call them and they keep on telling me they will call me back, today only I already called them for more than 4 times they keep on saying Justin will call me but he doesn't call and when I call they tell me he will call me. In the parcel there is car keys(bakkie) which I had to use because we had funeral so we can collect stoves, tables, chairs, pots etc. That all failed and I ended up hiring a bakkie for R3000 because of PAXIs negligence. I'm loosing a lot on my side as I am using this bakkie for business but PAXI doesn't give a **** about that.
