Poor service delivery from PAXI

An item was dropped off at Kenilworth Centre Paxi Pep on the 5thAugust. Several conversations with Paxi and Pep later we were told that Pep was awaiting a waybill number from Paxi. After threatening to report them on Hello Peter the item was picked up from the store on the 16Aug. In ghe 23rd August the parcel was picked up from the store. As off today the parcel has not been delivered to the receiver which roughly is less than ten km away. Disgraceful service from PAXI. They may be cheap as provider but their service is shocking. Use Pudo instead
