Poor service delivery

Worst service ever. I regret using Pep's Paxi for courier, they charge you too much and don't deliver on time. I paid R120 for their 3-5 days delivery time but my parcels haven't arrived and they've reached 5 days. Mind you that's my new borns clothes that I was supposed to use them when leaving hospital after birth. I had to buy new clothes with money I don't have cus this Paxi failed me while they charge too much. I should have used Aramex better cus it's cheaper and convenient. Paxi doesn't even update you about your parcel, it's so useless, I'm annoyed.
