Poor service delivery and poor management

No Star at all: I'm very disappointed on the way PAxi handled the theft of my package that costed me R2000 to obtain.....when I logged my complaint in the package I was told of terms and conditions of the courier services that I wasn't made aware of During the transection by the till attendent and it is not even displayed on the shops for awereness I was told I will be refunded R500 rand not the value of my package.of which the continue to fail on customer service as of yet no refund was made and this was 2months ago when the complaint was logged.further more the courier fees costed me R200 that also won't be refunded back to me.i fail to understand as no service was rendered to me and no communication is being made.poor service delivery and poor management.
