Poor service delivery and communication

I am extremely disappointed with PAXI. My parcel was sent from Joburg to Mpumalanga on December 2, 2025, with an expected delivery on December 9. However, as of today, the tracking indicates that it’s still with the courier. I've called daily, but I've only received responses stating that they will escalate the issue or send an email. They mentioned that the courier in Groblersdal has the parcel, but there’s been no communication from them. When I requested the courier company's information to pick up my parcel myself, they refused to provide it and kept saying that my issue is being escalated. I don’t want escalation; I need my parcel, which contains my wedding outfit for tomorrow, December 27, 2025. I've never experienced such poor service, and it's leading to conflict in my family as they re**** on me to purchase the wedding clothes.
