Poor service. Delayed.

Very upset and unhappy customer!!! I've been waiting for longer than 8 days for a parcel! When I contacted Paxi no one can assist me. No feedback except the phrase "we make use of an external courier service". I'm very disappointed and upset. Very poor customer care service. No assistance. No one can contact the external courier etc. Very upset!!! Will not make use of them again in the future. Horrible experience!!!!!!! They are a very slow courier company which make things delayed with no excuses whatsoever. Doesn't keep by their 5 business days promise.
