Poor service at paxi

In the beginning of December 2024,I sent a parcel via paxi pep from Cape town to Pinetown*KZN* the parcel arrived on the 17 of December..,when my sister opening it,some of the items were missing and it was sealed with a brown salotap.I asked my sister to speak to the pep store manager . Indeed I phoned again,the lady who was on duty informed me that they won't be able to assist me I should contact paxi,I asked her to call Paxi ,she just gave m the number. I then phoned Paxi immediately,I was asked to send the number starting with D.... Also to send the photo of that Paxi bag .I also sent my complaint via their WhatsApp, emailed them.I kept on calling them doing the follow up till today I have never get help.Poor service, people pleaser be careful of Paxi .I lost items that worth more than R5000.00
