Poor service at PAXI

PAXI has the worst customer service ever. Package seems to be lost and no one is able to tell us where it is at. Every time you contact them they promise to come back to you but it never happens. I would encourage everyone never to use PAXI ,based on my experience. Really disgusted at the staff’s attitude when going to the local PEP to try and sort this out, they just refuse to try and help in any way.
