Poor service and communication

I have experience a very bad service after I sent my parcel to a place which is about 60km from where I stay but my parcel ended up being 1000+km away. I had to phone every day for them to check and see where my parcel was after they didn't know where it is. Am still waiting for them to tell me when my parcel will come back to where I need it Am really frustrated with their service
