Poor service..

I had sent a package to be delivered via paxi services before the riots started. I kept on checking to track my package on their website and it kept saying "Waiting Upliftment" 2 weeks later I got an SMS to advise that my package was lost and I must submit a claim to be reimbursed I did that filled in the form and before submitting i read where there was a note stating that they can only reimburse up to 500 Rands max which I find to be ridiculous because the package i sent the items value was up to 2000rands. Their service is very upholling whether on the WhatsApp chatter or through their call center it is just ridiculous. I filled the phone 2 weeks ago and up until this day I haven't had any feedback from them..
